Is it possible to ask for a certain room number ?

You actually can make the request, subject to availability. Please remember to ask in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Are there rooms with balcony?

Yes, in total ten of our rooms have a balcony. We have three different categories that posses a balcony : the classic balcony, the superior balcony, the executive balcony.

Are there any cots for children or babies?

Yes, subject to availability and it has to be requested at the reception.

Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?

We cannot provide extra beds but you can book an executive triple or a deluxe triple that can accommodate up to three people.

Is it possible to stay with 3 people in a double room?

No, but the lobby is available to everyone and you can join your guests there.

Can I bring a guest in the room ?

You can bring a guest in your room but not beyond the capacity of the room. If an additional person stays in your room, he/she will have to report it to the reception and if he/she sleeps in the hotel then have to pay the tax (per person and per night).

Is the room equipped with a heater and air-conditioner ?

Yes, our rooms are heated and can also be air-conditioned depending on the weather.

Does each room has a safe ?

Yes, every room has its own safe.

Are the rooms equipped with a hair dryer?

Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

Do you have connecting rooms ?

No, we do not have connecting rooms.

Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?

No, we do not offer smoking rooms. We may ask you to pay a disinfection and cleaning fee of up to 250€ if the ban is violated.
However, our establishment has some rooms with balconies where you can smoke.

Is it possible to get a refund for a non-refundable offer?

It is not possible to get a refund for a non-refundable offer.

What are the cancellation policy for Hotel de Sévigné ?

Cancellation policy varies depending on the booking offer.
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions directly on our website.

How do I cancel or modify my reservation?

When you book online on our official website, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation, on which the instructions on how to make a possible modification are described. It will redirect you to a platform to modify or cancel your reservation according to the sales conditions you have chosen.
If you have booked through a resale website (such as Booking.com or Expedia), we invite you to contact the aforementioned platform in order to make your modification requests.

Are taxes included in the room rate?

Yes, all taxes are included in the room rate, except for the tourist tax at €5.20 per person per night, payable at check-in.

Is the rate per person or per room?

The rate is per room, but you will have to pay a tax of 5.20€ per person over 18 years old, to be paid at the reception.
If the rate was not prepaid, the payment will be made at the time of arrival. A pre-authorization for the first night will be blocked (amount withheld, not debited) 5 days before your arrival in our establishment.
This pre-authorization will be released at the time of check-out and will be available on your bank account between 1 and 5 days after your departure (according to the terms of your bank).

Which credit cards are accepted?

We take the Mastercard, the Visa and the American Express.
We also accept cash. However, we do not accept checks or vacation checks.

Is breakfast included in the price of the room ?

No, the breakfast is not included in the price of the room. It must be added at the time of your reservation.

Why am I being charged for the first night?

A pre-authorization is made within 5 days before your arrival, the amount is the first night of your stay, as a guarantee (the amount is blocked on your account but is not debited). In case of damage to the room or unpaid extras, this amount will be debited. Otherwise, the amount will be released at check-out. The amount will then be available within 3 to 5 working days (depending on your bank's regulations).

Is your establishment adapted for people with reduced mobility ?

Unfortunately not, our entire team is at the client's disposal in case of need.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Although we love them, we cannot accept pets in our establishment.

Is there an elevator in the hotel ?

Yes, the hotel has an elevator.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?

Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is until 12pm.

Is it possible to have a Late Check-Out ?

A late check-out is possible, you have to inform the reception the day before your departure, it is charged 20 € per extra hour.

Is it possible to have an Early Check-In?

Yes, subject to availability. Customers have until 12pm to vacate their room. If they leave earlier, the room can be made up earlier and you will be able to access it before 3pm.

Is it possible to arrive before the arrival date?

Yes, you can arrive on the day before the arrival time (not the arrival date) to drop off your luggage.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

Our reception team speaks French, English and Spanish.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

An Asian Mum Dim Sum service is available from 12pm to 3pm Monday to Friday and from 7pm to 11pm Monday to Sunday.

Does the hotel have a bar?

Yes, we have a bar/lounge with the possibility to order a wide range of drinks.

Is it possible to leave my luggage at the reception?

In order to clear your luggage for an early arrival or a late departure, we can keep your luggage so that you can enjoy Paris for a maximum length of 24hours (1 day) !

Where can I find an adapter? 

International plugs are available upon request at the reception.

Do you provide towels? 

All bath and bedroom linens are available.

Does the hotel have a babysitting service? 

No, we don't.

Does the hotel have a laundry service ?

Not directly, we work with dry cleaning companies located next to the hotel and they are very reactive if you need them.

Does the hotel have a concierge service ?

Yes, our reception staff will be happy to direct you during your stay.

Is there a space to work in the hotel?

Yes, the lounge is at the disposal of the customer. It is equipped with high speed wifi, accessible power outlets, and tables and armchairs to let you work in the best conditions.

Is there a wifi access at the hotel?

Yes, the wifi is accessible for free and is unlimited in our establishment.

Does the hotel have a parking lot?

Yes, we have a private underground parking lot located 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It costs 45€ for 24 hours.

Does the Sevigne hotel hava a housekeeping service?

Yes, a housekeeping service is available until 4pm. If the "Do not disturb" sign is on your room door, housekeepers will not be able to refresh the room.

What are the closest subway / RER stations?

The closest stations are : Boissière and Kleber for line 6, Victor Hugo for line 2, Iena for line 9, Charles de Gaulle Etoile for line 1 and RER A.

Is there a taxi stand near the hotel?

There is a taxi stand within a minute's walk. You can also ask the reception to order a taxi for you.

Is there a shuffle to the airport or train station ?

Unfortunately not, however from the hotel to the train stations and airports it is easy to order a cab directly through the reception.

What is the price of a cab from the airport ?

From Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) the fare for a normal unreserved cab is between 55€ and 60€.

From Orly airport the fare for a normal unreserved cab is between 35€ and 40€.
