ARTICLE 3 – Access to the site
The site is accessible from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, and which may result from a need for maintenance.
In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of services, the site www.hoteldesevigne.com cannot be held responsible.

ARTICLE 4 – Data collection
The site ensures the user a collection and processing of personal information in compliance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedom. The site is declared to the CNIL.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the user has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his or her personal data.

ARTICLE 6 – Intellectual property

Unfortunately, our establishment does not have access for people with reduced mobility.

ARTICLE 8 – Pets
For reasons of hygiene, the Hôtel de Sévigné does not accept pets.

ARTICLE 9 – Booking conditions and rates
TOURIST TAX: The applicable tourist tax is not included in the posted rate and is payable on arrival (at check-in): 5.20€ / adult / night.
In case of “No Show” (no show without cancellation) or cancellation made more than 24 hours before noon of the day of your arrival, a penalty of the total amount of the first night will be due without possibility of refund.
An invoice will be sent on request to contact@hoteldesevigne.com

INFORMATION :

Check-in 3pm, Check-out 12pm, in case of non respect of the departure time a penalty of one night may be applied.
By confirming your reservation, you confirm that you accept the terms and conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 10 – No smoking
The Hotel de Sévigné is an entirely non-smoking establishment. The Hotel de Sévigné may request financial compensation from clients who do not respect this ban in addition to the fine defined by law. Smoking in a place of collective use outside the area reserved for this purpose is punishable by a fine of up to €450. Smoking in a place of public use is punishable by a fine of up to €150.
